Snoozy Breakfast Show Round-Up: CALM Yoga, New Beginnings, Toons & Tuuunes.

Monday’s Snoozy Breakfast was packed with fantastic guests!

By Tom Drysdale

Scott Milligan, Tom Drysdale, Harry Parker, Nathan Kinson, Honor Douglas, Linda Cunningham and Emma Bate.

First up, Nathan Kinson from Toons Carpet & Furniture Limited joined Scott and Tom to share exciting updates from Toons, covering everything from furniture to hair salons—and even Tesla! Castle Gresley is buzzing with developments, and Nathan gave us the inside scoop.

Next, we spoke with Linda Cunningham, a Horninglow and Eton parish councillor and a key figure in supporting those affected by the recent CALM Yoga closure. She explained the situation in detail, the work she’s been doing, and how she’s helping members of the Burton and Derby community navigate the impact.

Finally, Emma Bate, a former CALM yoga instructor, shared her inspiring journey. Rising from the closure’s aftermath, she has launched a new yoga studio in Burton called “Soulful Sanctuary”. Like a phoenix from the ashes, Emma is dedicated to rebuilding trust in the Burton yoga community and creating a welcoming new space for practice and healing.

Want to listen back? Catch all of this—plus resident DJs Honor and Harry working the decks like never before—on the Snoozy Breakfast catch-up! 🎧🔥 (interview is in the last hour)
