Barton Marina Artisan Markets are set to buzz with activity once again as a series of vibrant, themed markets make their highly anticipated return in 2025!

After a brief hiatus, a passionate team, led by an experienced market organiser with a strong trading background and a proven track record (including the hugely successful Lichfield Chamber of Trade Christmas Fayre and Summer Festival Market), has stepped in to revive these much-loved community events.
Get ready for five fantastic markets, each with its own unique theme, promising a delightful day out for all:
20th April - Easter Egg Hunt: Kick off the season with a fun-filled Easter adventure, incorporating both the market stalls and the marina's resident businesses.
15th June - Father’s Day: Celebrate Dad with a special market offering unique gifts and treats.
17th August - Beach/Holiday: Embrace the summer spirit with a beach-themed market, bringing holiday vibes to Barton Marina.
19th October - Halloween: Get spooky with a Halloween market featuring eerie delights and festive fun.
30th November - Christmas: Prepare for the festive season with a magical Christmas market, brimming with seasonal cheer.
🛍️ A Trader's Haven
The markets will showcase a diverse range of stalls, featuring everything from delectable cakes and artisan gin to handcrafted jewellery, stylish bags, and stunning artwork. And yes, trader bookings are still open! If you're a trader looking to join the fun, simply register at https://farmersmarket.org.uk/barton/register/. Please note that traders will need their own gazebo and a minimum of £5 million public liability insurance. To maintain fairness and variety, stall numbers are limited, and duplicate stalls are carefully managed.
🤝 Supporting Local Businesses
The organisers are working closely with the Waterfront, the land owners, to ensure the markets benefit both traders and the marina's resident businesses. The Easter Egg Hunt, for example, is designed to encourage visitors to explore all that Barton Marina has to offer.

Each market will feature live entertainment, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. If you're a dance group, band, singer, magician, or any other performer looking to showcase your talents, please get in touch!
